Return & Refund Policy

At SLOOPS, customer satisfaction matters to us.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

· The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

· Original tags and packaging must be intact.

· The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

· In case of damage, opening video is a must

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, products with built-in bra support may not be eligible for return if used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds

Once the returned item passes quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
